Figgy Whiskey and Grapefruit Highball

This highball cocktail is one of our favorites! It’s smooth, not too sweet, and full of awesome flavor! We’re talking a definite crowd pleaser! The Whiskey paired with the grapefruit gives it a smooth oaky flavor with a hint of a sweet grapefruit. Then adding the complex flavors of Toasted Fig rounds out the finished cocktail with notes of Fig and Vanilla. All together, these three simple ingredients will give you a cocktail to sip on whether the temperatures are getting warm or cold outside!

This is just an all-around good cocktail that is easy yet offers complex and deep flavors and aromas.

Ingredients:

2 oz of your favorite Whiskey (we like to use a Rye Whiskey in this cocktail)
.75 ml of Toasted Fig
Grapefruit soda (we like to use Squirt, but I’m sure there are other alternatives)
