Looking for a bursting of flavors?? This is where you want to be. Try this Minty Raspberry and Fig Rye Tequila cocktail. The muddled raspberries and mint leaves give this cocktail a fresh taste. Combining Rye Whiskey and Tequila in one cocktail makes for a boozy and fruity cocktail. The Toasted Fig takes the bitterness out of the raspberries and adds a layer of complexity with the fig, vanilla and rum flavors and aroma’s.
- 1 oz. Bulleit Rye Whiskey
- 2 oz. Lunazul Reposado Tequila
- Raspberries (3 to 4)
- Mint Leaves (5 leaves)
- .75 ml. Toasted Fig
Grab a rocks glass, and muddle the raspberries and mint leaves in the glass. Pour the whiskey, tequila, and add the Toasted Fig. Place the large ice ball into the rocks glass and stir for 15 seconds. This cocktail looks and tastes delicious. Refreshing, boozy, and fresh! Cheers!
